Mental health continues to be an invisible crisis in the construction industries. A rising number of workers and their families are experiencing rising levels of stress, anxiety and other mental health challenges. Construction is at the epicenter of the workplace and jobsite mental health crisis. This industry leads in suicide rates, substance use, and overdose deaths —yet stigma and silence persist. This session focuses on WHY these topics are an imperative for construction leaders at all levels. Learn how to build a mentally healthy culture.
