Dan Eller: Dan advises a wide range of clients, including contractors, developers, manufacturers, individuals, and others on tax and business law matters in both transactions and controversies. His transactional practice covers entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, real property development, and the formation and operation of tax-exempt entities. He serves as outside general counsel for businesses, and has experience with succession planning and other forms of ownership transition. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School and an Adjunct Instructor in the Masters of Taxation Program at the Portland State University School of Business Administration.
Chad Emmert: Chad joined Aldrich in 2006 and became a partner in 2020. Chad has 20 years of public accounting experience and has been providing his clients with expertise in strategic tax planning, multi-state, and general tax compliance services, as well as business sale consulting and transaction support. He spends his time focusing on construction and construction-related clients. Chad graduated with his Bachelor of Science degrees in Financial Accounting and Business Management from Corban University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon with his CCIFP certification. Chad has presented seminars and classes for AGC, CFMA, ACEC and currently serves as the treasurer for the AGC Foundation.
McKenzie Wolfe: McKenzie has practiced public accounting since 2014. She has served clients in the construction industry, including eight years working with contractors. McKenzie has significant experience consulting with contractors on various tax methods for long-term contracts. Her experience also includes business tax consulting and compliance services, multistate taxation, technical tax research projects, and transaction analysis.

Daryl Knox: Daryl Knox joined Aldrich in 1995 and became a partner in 2010. Daryl has 30 years of public accounting experience serving local and regional companies in the construction industry. Daryl also has first-hand experience with financial management and operations of family-owned construction businesses. Daryl has been involved in supporting the economic development of Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties by serving as the Board Chair and Treasurer of SEDCOR. Daryl is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and has served as chair of the Oregon Society of CPA’s Construction Industry Committee. Daryl has taught classes for the CFMA, AGC, IEC, NAWIC, and ODOT and has facilitated executive training sessions for closely held businesses and cooperatives.
